Nourish Clarity Package

(4 sessions): $530

If you are ready to explore functional nutrition and get a plan personalized to pursue your health goals, this package is for you. 
This is where our journey together begins!

Our first meeting will include an exploration of how your health has changed across your lifetime. In the true spirit of functional nutrition, we explore all the areas of your life experience to help us paint a true picture of your health and pinpoint the root cause of your health concerns. The first session includes:

  • One 60-75 minute deep dive into your health history

  • Baseline testing and/or previous lab work analysis (within 3 months)

  • Nutrition-focused physical exam

  • Secure client portal access

In our next three meetings, we will review the data collected in our first meeting, including any additional baseline lab testing. We will review and discuss an individualized plan outline which will outline specific strategies for pursuing your health goals. These meetings will leave you with information about the progression of your health, a mutually agreed upon plan on how to tackle the root cause of your concerns and you will be sent a copy of all notes. These sessions include:

  • Comprehensive review and analysis

  • Plan outline personalized based on your concerns and priorities

  • Access to ongoing care packages to pursue your goals

Nourish Signature Package

(6 month package): $1210

Six months is generally the amount of time it takes to make long lasting changes and see results. Over the course of six months, you will have days that are uneventful, holidays, parties and vacations. You will need support through all of these and you will need the tools to take on whatever life presents to you in your work and personal life.

As part of this program you will receive:

  • Private nutrition coaching sessions bi-weekly in person or virtually.

  • Unlimited messaging between session through the Practice Better app.

  • Personalized recipes, activities and information that we will build together so that you will always have the tools you need to take on any situation.
