Hi, I’m Priscilla!

I embarked on my nutrition journey after becoming frustrated with the medical system and having my own share of health issues including Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), infertility issues, thyroid issues and lack of energy. A stressful job led to more health concerns that were not only impacting me but my family. I had to find a health solution for me and my family.

This journey led me to my studies at the Integrated Institute of Nutrition (IIN) in New York. This is where my studies began as I was able to study over 100 dietary health theories and practical lifestyle management. I desired more and enrolled in the Masters program at Maryland University of Integrative Health (MUIH) in 2018 where I received an in depth knowledge of nutrition and how it related to the biochemistry of our bodies. At MUIH, I learned that our health history tells a story and that symptoms always have a root cause.

My goal is to empower you and educate you to make choices that will positively impact your health and your life. I am not here to tell you what to do but rather to guide you on a decision making process that will impact your health, help you attain your goals and most importantly sustain them long term.

More about me…

I love to spend time with my family outdoors, we have three “fur babies” and love to travel.  I would rather be on the beach than in the snow.  I love to cook and explore new flavors.  I have to admit though that my favorite foods are salsa and guacamole!

Five fun facts you may not know about me:

  • I dreamed of being an oceanographer in High School.

  • I wanted to be a ballerina as a child.

  • My husband and I went to the same elementary, middle and high school, and didn’t meet until we were in college.

  • The last four numbers of my home phone number growing up was 5490 and my husband’s home phone number was 4590. So I believe it was fate that lead us to each other.

  • My first job was at Little Caesar’s in High School.
